Superflea Marketing is a registered business name in Canada, it is a partnership of Matt and Marty James in Nanaimo, British Columbia.

The James family has been involved in the fishing tackle manufacturing industry which started in 1966. Father Jack James co-owned Radiant Lures Ltd. which manufactured salmon flies, dodgers, hoochies and other products. Jack held a few patents on fishing lures and some of his unique nick names of lure color patterns are still coined by fishermen today. Radiant Lures was sold to a local businessman and the James family is no longer responsible for its management.
We started Superflea Marketing in 1999 and built our E-Commerce business on Ebay under the handle names Superfleas and Supertackle. The Supertackle brand was created in 2011, our products are created from family knowledge of manufacturing, fishing research and design of salmon fishing tackle. Today (2014) we have some 650 specialized fishing products such as hoochie skirts, squids, hooks, beads, flashers and spreader bars.
Matt James also claims the artistic profile known as MW James and is a very successful designer of limited edition artworks and logos. Matt is an expert of Photoshop Adobe software, performing photo restorations, form line designs, image manipulation and print proofing. Matt's printing machines are Giclee, large format and archival with capabilities that include spooling of canvas, paper, photo paper, wall paper and poly. Some MW James home decor artworks are available from CAP Winn Devon. Separately, MW James limited editions are only available from Superfleas or directly from us.
We also own and operate Supertackle which covers all aspects of business development including advertising, product research and design, printing, logo design, international import and export, customer service etc...
In 2013 we decided to build a website. We shopped many E-Commerce website templates and none of them qualified as being complete or compliant to a manufacturers needs. As a manufacturer we needed a website that interfaced with real time inventory, cost of goods tied to daily changes in currency and a matrix of cost outputs based on customer demographics. This website is a Superflea Marketing product. The Phase 1 Template will be available to other businesses to lease or purchase.
