Hollow, soft plastic trolling or jigging lure. Easily rigged with beads or lead sinkers and a hook. These are commonly referred to as a hootchie, hoochies or octopus skirt.
Most commonly used for salt water jig fishing for large halibut, cod, shark & tuna.
Halibut & bottom fish are normally rigged on mono or wire with a stack of beads to place the hook or hooks appropriately. The inner cavity is large enough to accept a chum sack or LED light.
