Jack Flash is a 3" soft plastic bodied fishing lure designed to be trolled behind an action enhancer. Action enhancers are typically known as flashers or dodger which are used in conjunction with a down rigger setup.
These durable rigs are built with stainless steel siwash salmon hooks crimped to a stainless steel swivel. Hook is barbed.
